Excellent Customer Service and Food

EXCELLENT STAY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great loacation and Dianna and Michelle made the extire experience along with the front desk staff The food iand drinks were delicious! Every meal I had was amazing! The room was comfortable but I wish it had been a bit more organized as the shower ring was broken. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back for all my future stays in Boston!!!!

5 night stay

The room was very spacious and clean and it was stocked. My only issue was that I never got housekeeping - which was a little odd. I did not need anything but was there 5 nights - I had plenty of linens etc., but I had to empty my trash in the lobby each day. Again, no big deal but it was a little disappointing. Front desk personnel was amazing and the cafe/bar in the lobby was so convenient. Plenty of parking - it was quiet and clean. Would 100% stay there again. Great value for the money.
