The shuttle was a huge help overall. I didn't know before that it could also bring you to the nearest train station, so knowing that would have been a huge help to get into Boston. I was able to check in early, without issue, when my original flight changed to an earlier arrival. That was a big help in planning our next steps. The room itself was good, but it would have been nice to have a microwave. The bed was comfortable, the heat/AC worked well, and there was a restaurant on site.
