We arrived at the hotel shortly after disembarking from our crisecship. The front desk agent went above and beyond to get us into our room that morning, well before normal check in time. The room was clean and well appointed. Later that day, we went to the bar and grill and had a good dinner. The shuttle service, provided within the room rate, was timely and got us to the airport on time! This hotel is totally orientedvto serving travelers in an efficient and amicable manner.

The staff was first rate at check-in AND checkout. Yes it’s an airport hotel but everything worked out perfectly, especially as we arrived in the evening during a Nor’easter!!! Shuttle from/to the airport was great! I forgot my wallet in the room and noticed it halfway to the airport!!! The staff and shuttle drivers went above and beyond to get it to me before our flight. Saved our much needed vacation and more. Thanks All for your honesty and helpful attitudes. From the housekeeper to the front desk to the shuttle drivers…many thanks again. As a Bonvoy member I will not forget.

I got in very late after a delayed flight and the front desk staff were super helpful, giving me a voucher for the morning shuttle and quickly getting me into my room. Then I got to my room and was hit with the weirdest smell. Once I was certain it wasn’t gas, it was the moldy old AC unit, I found out the window cracked open and slept with the road noise and rain rather than choking on the scent of the room. The hotel is dated and the AC wall unit needs to be retired. It was not worth the cost, but I needed a hotel near the airport, and it was 1 am. Like I said, the staff there were super nice and the shuttle driver was great too.

One night stay before a flight. Can’t complain as it was convenient before an early flight with a shuttle service, but hotel Iš definitely needs a bit of a scrub. Also, the service in the restaurant was lacking for sure ( food was good, though).
