The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The room was clean and felt secure in it also. Plenty of parking. The only drawback is the lighting on the road leading to the hotel. The hotel parking lot has adequate lighting. But at night, the road from Concord road to the hotel has very poor lighting. Probably town issue or the property owner of all the buildings.

We were there for a hockey tournament. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I only wished there was a microwave in the room. And there was no simple breakfast offered without paying extra. But would def stay again if we are in that area for another hockey event.

Most of the staff we interacted with was pleasant, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I’d say there was was that the parking lot is on the smaller side. Once we returned to the hotel after a wedding we were attending, the lot was full (there was a college football team hosted here the weekend we were here) and we were told when we couldn’t find a spot, that there was additional parking behind the hotel and honestly that would of been ok if there was lighting back there. There absolutely wasnt any lights behind the hotel. There was parking on another lot (another building that’s up for lease/sale) that we could of parked at I suppose but it wasn’t the hotel’s property and with us in a rental car, we didn’t want to risk anything happening to the vehicle. We ended up finding a parking spot so it worked out. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.
