It’s a lovely hotel close to Newbery street shopping and restaurants. Location is the best, room was clean and spacious. The hotel is on the older side, has some charm. Would stay here again.

This is an older hotel, which gave it a lot of character! The location cannot be beat. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were well kept any clean. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

My second visit to the Copley Place Hotel was just as pleasant as the first. I checked in at 1 am, and they were already expecting me and had the process ready in advance. Lucio was fantastic, friendly, and efficient. The hotel is strategically located, with everything you need nearby: shops, a supermarket, restaurants, bike rentals, the subway, etc. It's a lovely experience to stay in a building dating back to 1890, so well-maintained and clean, with so much history. We will definitely be back.
