This hotel is clean and comfortable and in an excellent area of Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were areas that could use some TLC, like the caulking in the bathroom and such, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean and perfect for short stays. The building is old and elevators were not the best, they were slow and noisy, a bit of a nightmare if you are claustrophobic. Staff were great, fast both during checking and check out. Great location in the Back Bay Area.

The location was perfect for walking the Boston area. Free coffee was a plus. Our room was ready so they allowed us to checkin and drop our luggage. The Logan Express dropped off within a block from the airport for free. Shopping and dining options very close by. Duck boats are right next door. Nice grocery close by.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. Its a ver y convenient, well placed, clean hotel. It is slightly dated, and the amenities are minimal, and always better to opt to use valet parking, but, that being said, its very budget friendly for a downtown Boston location!.
