This is a gem. Immaculate , friendly staff, nice breakfast. Close to greenway for runs or walks. Right off of interstate. Highly recommend

I loved my stay at The Inn At Woburn. The room was spacious enough and the whole property was clean and great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed for my stay. However, the location is a bit off for me. It's hard to go around if you don't have your own car. Public transpo is not easily accessible. I ended up taking Lyft all the time.

Elsa & management are racist. Calls the cops on me after asking her I want to do late check out. Claims my card declined n I can’t pay $50.Meanwhile this $50 charge is pending on my card already. Wish I could share a picture here. Very disappointed how they treat their customers. Had the do not disturb sign but they still Disturbed my sleep. Terrible customer service. Never again because they don’t deserve my business

Had a leave the hotel at 1:30 am. Wasn’t smelling good and the bed had bed bugs . The person on the shift said that had to wait till monday for a complain. And consider to get hour money back .
