Great customer service - even the lady that was on overnight was very pleasant! Quick to help and provide us with what we needed. Close to Fanway Music Hall, great dining options, and lots to see and do around them. Small botique but comfy, cute, and would stay again.

Lovely little hotel, right across from the Boston Public Library. The only noise I heard was from the cafe above at closing (I was in a room below it.) very clean, very friendly staff, close to everything, and honestly the coffee they served was the best I’ve ever had.
