Kind of a hidden gem. I usually go to 4 or 5 star hotels but for a longer visit I always go to the Simpli Sonesta due to the kitchenette. Place is beautiful and the staff is more than top notch!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The major drawback was the heavy chemical fragrance odor throughout the carpeted portions of the building and the room. Even with window open in the room, it was strong and allergy-triggering. Would not stay again unless this was addressed.

Large clean rooms but the moment you enter the property has a faint smell that I cant my finger on it. Nice facility overall. Staff nice to accomodate you. The evening manager promptly gave me ice while overhearing my conversation from front person. Taquan (I am sure I spelled that wrong) the next morning helped us to rechecking for extended stay. Wish there was a coffee machine, even if paid for a better coffee :-)
