Excellent stay at Ethiopian Skylight Hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location near the airport was very convenient. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The room was reasonably clean and having a true full size fridge and freezer, DISHWASHER, and 2 burner range was nice but it would be better if there was an oven instead of a sink in my opinion. The elevator was and still is broken. Hoping up 3 flights over and over with an animal was pretty wild. The room itself wasn't the cleanest but workable. Bed and linens were decent. The laundry room had ONE working washing machine and 2 dryers. The washer was not very big either. I just went to a laundromat. And no their machines are not free. They had other appliances on loan but obviously they were all checked out and who knows if they'll ever come back. The toaster was actually in my room by chance. The outside area was actually super nice with 2 huge grills to cook on which is nice. They should really tell people about it so someone might actually use it. Overall I would stay again but would be prepared for the adventure ahead. Also, many people seem to truly live there. They all seemed pretty nice and welcoming though so that was alright by me. Might not be the setting if you have kids though.

Bryant and the rest of the staff were amazing. The cleaning lady extremely friendly. I recommend this place for everyone looking tobstayvon a cozy and friendly hotel. The only thing I would have changed is for a better fitness room.

Check in clerk was awesome. I had a question after checking out...called talked to one of the rudest person called Brian at the front desk .. wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me ...I actually asked him to email me my receipt. I had to contact customer service to get it. The lady at customer service was awesome. I definitely wouldn't stay at the Braintree Sonesta again.

⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely Disgusting. Do Yourself a Favor and Stay Somewhere Else. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This is easily one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed. The carpets are stained and filthy, the hallways reek, and the overall condition is unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic customer service seem completely optional here. Getting clean towels is apparently a luxury. You have to repeatedly ask and practically beg for them, and even then, you may receive dirty pillows or questionable bedsheets. 🤢 The front desk is another nightmare. The so-called manager is often confused, dismissive, or simply unwilling to help. Getting a straight answer or having an issue resolved is like pulling teeth. Don’t expect basic amenities either: no silverware, no cooking/eating utensils, and no ice. These should be basic necessities, especially for extended stays. The outdoor grill area is constantly occupied by people smoking cigarettes and marijuana. It’s often loud, smoky, and smells awful, with people staying out there for hours, making it uncomfortable for other guests trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. A hotel doesn’t have to be luxurious, but clean rooms, fresh linens, towels, basic supplies, reasonable noise levels, and decent customer service should be the bare minimum. This place seriously needs an overhaul. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and this has been one of my worst experiences.
