Property was clean and location was also ok. The only complaint I have is one of the days I spoke to the front office requesting to have our room cleaned a little more as in beds made and garbage taken out and the lady said ok I’ll put in the request. So later that evening we get back to our room and nothing was done, the beds were not made and some of the garbage was still in the room.

The room was nice. Spacious and clean, the bed was soft, and the tub was good to soak in. The staff were very nice and the parking was good. The only problem was that we could hear our neighbors and their conversations. We couldn’t tell if it was because the walls were thin or if they were just loud. Being next to the elevator didn’t help either. We also did not see quiet hours posted anywhere. I think in the future I would request a different room. The room was just what we wanted but we only got 5 hours sleep. We were constantly being woken up and had to wake up at 4am to leave for our flight.

The experience overall was absolutely fantastic! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. It was unbelievably clean. Near to a beautiful mall and Trader Joe’s. We will definitely be back next time. We’re in Boston. Absolutely love the hotel.
