Immaculate hotel and room! Amenities and decor are jaw dropping....and the service amd staff are nothing short of amazing. From registrar to valet to room services and delivery everyone was friendly, helpful and engaging. Especially in the mix of this snow storm...like me, they're also *stuck downtown*...x 2 days now for work and weather and they are still bright and bubbly!

Fantastic Experience! Rooms were clean and spacious. Fantastic decoration, nice staff, and the whole hotel smelled good. Only drawback was parking. Valet was a little pricey and hotel self parking was off site. Not a deal killer by any means. Loved the place!

Lobby is immaculately clean and dazzling. Beautiful tile work. The long halls look very sleek with their black walls and ceilings and red doors. Staff was very friendly, check in went smoothly, and the location of the hotel is perfect for eating, drinking, and entertainment!
