Very clean, loved the water bottle filling station and ice. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was very polite and courteous, if we were still in our room when they were there to clean, they would come back later.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Great area (Copley Square). Convenient to bus, trains, tours. Lots of dining nearby. Connected by walkway to 2 malls and the Prudential Center (btw you get free Adult passes to go up the Prudential Center for an amazing 360 degree view of Boston (inside and also outside). Restaurant was good, great staff, good selections and not expensive. Popular bar with lots of tvs (the Boston Red Sox were in the middle of a 15 game win streak when we were there. Would definetly return.

Fantastic stays (x2 visits, one weekend after the next) to the Boston Marriott Copley Square. Right on a high end shopping mall with parking, great Starbucks in the Lobby, very comfortable beds, lovely diner/restaurant, excellent staff and the perfect location near the head of the action on that side of time. Strongly recommend (unlike the Copley Square Hotel across the road which is a dump!)
