The hotel location was convenient to restaurants and offices at Kendall Square. The room was clean, and bathroom was modern with nice features. The staff was friendly and helpful. As of August 2026 there is a lot of construction going on across the street, but the room was still relatively quiet. If you get up at or before 7 AM, no problem. The Valet parking was very helpful and I would recommend you purchase this pricey option. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent- next to Kendall MIT station and very close to both the Longfellow and Harvard Bridges for exploring Boston on foot. My room was spacious and modern. Housekeeping staff were excellent and were very polite and accommodating for the timing that suited me to have my room cleaned. The club lounge was well worth paying for an upgraded room. The staff in there couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, they did a great job. The service at breakfast in the evening was excellent. The food at breakfast and in the evening was very nice and the option to take your evening appetiser to go for my room was a nice touch.
