Staff was super helpful when we checked in. We were just there spending the night before an early flight in the morning. The only disappointment was that we were not able to pay for a couple extra nights of parking as we were only leaving for the weekend so we had to find a different place to park and shuttle to airport.

Check in and check out was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean but the property is a bit worn and there was a lot of noise from the person above me walking around. The airport shuttle was convenient for getting to Logan for an early flight, although the driver would not listen regarding which door I needed to be dropped off at. I was able to get a pre-packaged breakfast and when I checked in the desk staff recommended a nearby restaurant with excellent food and service.
