“My best friend and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest! We chose this hotel for location purposes as we attended the Boots & Hearts Festival in Burl’s Creek. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and beautiful, and the breakfast was the best included breakfast we’ve ever experienced! “I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“Overall fairly clean, although could use some renovations. Seems like this hotel has not been updated since 2005. TV remote was broken and had batteries falling out, but was useable. Pool was open, but the hot tub was closed due to health Ontario which seems quite grim. Breakfast wasn't bad and complimentary.”
