“Nice property. Hot tub is a plus. Nice walk to Borth through caravan park next to the property. Would suggest replacing the plates which were chipped and scratched as someone mentioned in a review last year. Did find long hair in fridge which is off putting. Beds personally were too hard. Situated next to a road above the property so do get some road noise.”

“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
