We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which as so small that we barely fit and had problems closing the door, because our legs were too long. The breakfast was ok but some things had run low or out and while we were eating it was not refilled and other used tables had not been cleared

L’état de la chambre trĂšs bien, literie ok. Pas de clim malheureusement c’est dommage surtout quand il chaud. Le jaccuzy est payant du coup j’en ai pas fais. Par contre le rĂ©ceptionniste qu’on a eu durant tout notre sĂ©jour ( jeune brun Ă  barbe) vraiment pas agrĂ©able, il ne donne aucune info Ă  part nous demander si on prend le petit dej. HĂŽtel sans ascenseur, en poussette pour notre bĂ©bĂ© le rĂ©ceptionniste ne nous a mĂȘme pas proposĂ© de mettre la poussette quelque part j’ai dĂ» demander.. Le petit dĂ©jeuner de l’hĂŽtel est bon et variĂ©.

Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse et une belle vue mais une forte odeur à renfermé en arrivant. Le grand lit était confortable mais le petit avait une literie vraiment trÚs trÚs dure!! Un tableau s'est décroché pendant la nuit emportant avec lui ce qu'il restait d'interrupteur.

RĂ©servation Hotel.com pour une nuit du samedi au dimanche ArrivĂ©e vers 19h20, accueil peu agrĂ©able. On nous demande si nous mangeons au restaurant de l'hotel. Je demande le menu. On m'apporte la carte sans commentaire. Nous dĂ©cidons de ne pas manger sur place par manque d'info et de motivation.On nous propose le petit dĂ©jeuner. Sans que l'on nous indique sa composition et son prix. 8,5€ annoncĂ©. Je demande les horaires que nous n'aurions pas eu. Nous arrivons dans la chambre, elle est dĂ©jĂ  occupe Le rĂ©ceptionniste ne s'excuse pas et indique seulement ne pas avoir compris notre nom. Nous trouvons Ă©trange qu'il n'ait pas l'information de l'arrivĂ©e prĂ©cĂ©dente dans cette chambre. 2Ăšme tentative OK. Il ne fait pas trĂšs chaud dans la chambre mais un petit soufflant Ă©lectrique est Ă  dispo. La chasse d'eau fonctionne une fois puis plus de rĂ©ponse lorsque l'on appuie. SystĂšme D pour Ă©viter un aller-retour supplĂ©mentaire Ă  la rĂ©ception. Serviettes de bain en quantitĂ©, draps propre, chambre propre et accueillante dans l'ensemble (raccord sol-bac de douche un peu sale) L'eau chaude met du temps Ă  venir, la douche est spacieuse. Grand lit, tĂȘte de lit jolie, dĂ©co agrĂ©able. Petite TV qui fonctionne. Nuit paisible aprĂšs le feu d'artifice de la fĂȘte du village. Petit dĂ©j copieux et bien achalandĂ©. Quelques produits du terroir (fromages notamment) Le soleil illumine dĂ©jĂ  les Orgues de Bort. Je fais un saut sur la terrasse qui surplombe la Dordogne: magique! Prix du petit dĂ©j passĂ© Ă  10€

Quelques aspects trĂšs excellents, mais quelques loupĂ©s de taille ! du cĂŽtĂ© excellent, la literie et le confort de la chambre, malgrĂ© la petite taille. Les ratĂ©s : Le spa : en fait, il faut rĂ©server Ă  l'avance et c'est 50 euros. La douche : le rĂ©ceptionniste nous dit qu'il faut faire couler l'eau 10 Ă  15 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude ??? !!! et les pommeaux de douches changent de couleur lorsque l'on gaspille de l'eau. Cherchez l'erreur ! Bref pas de spa et pas d'eau chaude. Un bon sĂ©jour tout de mĂȘme

UN SEJOUR DE REVE

Un trés bon séjour avec un service exceptionnel. L'accueil fut extraordinaire. Une gentillesse au service du client. Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels. Le SPA est trÚs relaxant. La situation de l'hÎtel est trÚs appréciable. Mais surtout la dame qui accueil et gÚre les clients est exceptionnelle. D'une gentillesse et dynamisme sans pareil. Hate d'y revenir
