“私の荷物は航空会社に無くされてしまいました。空港にて遺失物調査書類を作成提出。あとは自分で航空会社へ電話して具体的に調整することとなり、そこへ電話するも、Belarus語にて対応。私は外国語を流暢に話すことができないため、Hotelのフロントスタッフに相談して、こちらの要望を伝えていただきまして大変助かりました。結果、荷物を帰国直前にホテルへ届けていただきました。 幸いホテルはMinsk中央駅に徒歩5分と至近。必要なもの全てを駅横のガリレオから調達することができ非常に助かりました。ホテルの部屋にはキッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機までありましたので毎日朝食を作って、洗濯もしました。また、Minskの主要な観光先へ、全て徒歩で回ることができました。ネスビジ、ミールへもバスターミナル（ガリレオの隣　ホテルから徒歩8分と近く）から日帰りする事が出来ました。”

“The place is wonderful...staff mainly young students very helpful...breakfast is a must because for a 2 star venue is rich fresh and clean.The only thing missing from the room is a small fridge...im here on a summer vacation and coming from a hot country i need my drinks cold. Overall a food value for money .”
