Room was good, clean. Only issue was with door out tp "Patio" outside. I could not unlock the door and it seemed to be broken. Breakfast was very good, had everything you would want. Staff generally very good. The lady at check-out on the 19th was especially helpful (getting an Uber at the right time). She was also very knowledgeble about the history of the hotel - interesting.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous grounds, very kind, helpful and good natured staff team. Lots of parking, not far by taxi to Stanmore Underground at the end of the Jubilee line. Close to the M1 but outside ULEZ. Good breakfast. Highly recommended

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was well-prepared and good value for money. There was ample parking and Wembley Stadium was just a £35 Uber away. The hotel exuded a classy and historic feel.

We arrived late but it wasn't an issue. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our top floor room was very clean with a really comfortable mattress and pillows, we didn't want to get up in the morning. Breakfast was varied and the full English was superb. A beautiful building which oozes character, set in fabulous grounds with free parking. We will definately be returning when we visit London again.

The room was very clean with shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good… a great selection of yogurt, fruit, cereals and cooked items . The staff were extremely polite, kind and helpful. Jo the receptionist went above and beyond to assist us as did the staff at breakfast. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 😊

I liked the ambience, style,the grounds,free parking a big plus.A big positive the staff especially Joanne who actually has a personality. Overall I would most definitely return few niggles, the menus are tatty and dull,the alcohol is well overpriced £10 pint of perona Cold plates at breakfast .But still a real treat to stay there.Thankyou
