We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options

Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think
 sorry if I got that wrong) were great help.

The room and property were clean and attractive. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. While kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, worked fine, more and better cooking utensils would have been helpful to prepare meals more efficiently. There were several amenities on the property that could be improved. The outside hot tub was not hot enough nor was the sauna as the glass in the door had a space letting out heat. The fitness room lacked stationary bikes. However, the front desk employees, especially Elena, were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer our qustions and offer assistance in solving problems that arose. Free, close overnight o road parking was helpful as well.

Nice views/apartment, not enough crockery

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. We are Green & Blue skiers and the slopes are wide and nice to practice on and the queues for chairlifts were very low too. we came in Feb just before English half term & it was quiet. There is a good and reasonably prices supermarket across the road for self catering. There was one restuarant but as my husband dosent eat meat, we didnt try it as fish was limited. The ski hire shop Skiset was next door so handy for equipment hire. There are public buses running regularly up & down the road and it was only 5 euro return to Andorra Le Vella. for restaurants & bars you would need to go to Soldeu or Pas de casa. we just stayed in and cooked and the tv was smart so we could loginto netflix etc. Apartment was warm. Sofa bed in living room was a bit dated and cushion wasnt too comfy but ok for a sofa if you kept pushing the cushion. The apartment sleeps four and theres only sofa seating for 2, only 4 sets of plates/cups/cutlery so we had to wash it manually rather than use dishwasher as needed the items. washing liquid and cloths were issued. washer/ dryer too which was handy. Nice place overall and would come back. Reception staff very firendly.

Location is excellent, the hotel is good, but the price is high. Parking in the hotel garage is very limited, parking places are very small and is very expensive (15€/day) and it not included.

Köksknivar i dÄligt skick. Hack i knivblad pÄ 0,5 cm och flera knivspetsar avbrutna. Sliten plastskÀrbrÀda, tvÄ stekpannor vÀl slitna och tappar smÄ belÀggningar. Ingen stor brödkniv men köttknivar som kunde anvÀndas. Brandfarlig brödrost av antik modell utan skydds sidor. Bra med tallrikar, muggar och kaffemaskin. Fin liten vÀlkomst box med diskmedel och torktrasa. Inredning i kyl saknade flera hyllor i dörren och hade sprickor inne i skÄpet. Doser var uppgraderat med olika bastu och bubbelpooler inne och ute. Otydliga regler vad som gÀller. LÀtt att checka in och personalen gav tydlig information. Dock garaget Àr mycket trÄngt och med de branta svÀngarna att köra upp till hotellets parkering pÄ -6 gör att man slirar och har sönder bildÀckens sladd sockor. Fick köpa nya. Hade varit bra att gÄ information om att ta av dem innan man kör in. Mycket trÄngt garage, inget för större bilar.

Belle expérience

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence. Décoration des appartements soignée. TrÚs jolie vue. Echange facile avec l'hÎtel. Petit SPA agréable. Le point noir est le parking souterrain, relativement etroit. Il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture. Le stationnement et la sortie y sont difficiles à cause de tous poteaux présents. Il est par contre possible de stationner dehors facilement. Un magasin tout proche de l'hÎtel trÚs bien achalandé pour ne pas prendre la voiture pour les courses. Les randonnées se font dÚs la sortie de l'hÎtel.

Falta de servicios y personal desagradable

La experiencia en general fue buena por lo bonito que es el lugar, a pesar de no disponer de algunos servicios por los que habĂ­amos pagado, como la limpieza diaria de la habitaciĂłn, que no la hicieron en los cinco dĂ­as de alojamiento y tampoco hubo cambio de toallas. No tenĂ­a secadora, nos quejamos y la pusieron el segundo dĂ­a. El parking que era gratis para el resto de huĂ©spedes nosotros tenĂ­amos que pagar por el, algo extraño puesto que era muy grande y estaba prĂĄcticamente vacĂ­o. En el spa no funcionaba el baño turco , y el Jacuzzi olĂ­a muy mal. AdemĂĄs habĂ­a problemas con el personal, cuestiĂłn que afectaba directamente a la estancia de los huĂ©spedes, echaron a la recepcionista de la tarde, la de la mañana no estuvo durante los dos Ășltimos dĂ­as , y el dĂ­a del check out tuvimos que sufrir a NicolĂĄs , persona responsable del transfer de los huĂ©spedes a las pistas de esquĂ­, que pusieron de responsable de la recepciĂłn y fue muy irrespetuoso, desagradable con nosotros, no sabĂ­a hacer una factura, nos trato mal, empañando por completo nuestros dĂ­as en un lugar tan mĂĄgico , como es Bordes D’Envalira. Enviamos varios emails a los apartamentos y al hotel Piolet de Soldeu, que lleva la gestiĂłn de estos apartamentos, para tratar de informar de lo sucedido, pero no recibimos respuesta.

O pessoal é muito atencioso e o hotel dispÔe de boas instalaçÔes e estå bem situado. Contudo, tem havido algum descuido na manutenção, o que é inaceitåvel num estabelecimento de 4 estrelas que quer manter a sua reputação...
