The room has never cleaned up during our 5 nights stay, even asked twice every other day. Noisy neighbors active too early in the mornings. No air conditioning.

Check in was bad, as I arrived late and could not get in. I don't have a smartphone, so can't access www-addresses. The code could have been sent before by email. Finally, I got in only due to help of ther hotel guests. If I had arrived later, what then?

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuné une seul fois ,pas assez de produits pas terrible com choix, trop cher pour un petit déjeuné avec peut de choix.nous avons préféré choisir le petit déjeuné juste a côté de hôtel dans une petite boulangerie.chambre propre personnel sympathique et accueillant surtout les femmes de ménages.pas de climatisation malheureusement.mais dans l ensemble satisfaisant.

Si je commence par les points positifs, je dirais que le logement est bien situé, proche du Tram B et de différents commerces (boulangeries, supermarché, marché couvert, cinéma, café, ...). Le personnel était agréable, et respectueux. Les espaces communs étaient chaleureux, je n'en ai pas profité, mais le petit déjeuner (payant en +) me semblait correct. La literie était confortable également. Concernant les points plus décevant, voyageant seule, j'avais réservé un "studio affaire", et j'ai été placé dans un grand appartement, assez vide et très froid. Je n'avais pas de télécommande pour la télévision, et en allant en parler avec la réception, on a fini par me dire qu'ils n'en avaient plus, et que je devais faire sans, ... cela arrive, mais je trouve cela étrange que chaque logement ne dispose pas de télécommande inclue avec la télévision (?). Par ailleurs, je réalisais ce séjour dans le cadre de mes études, je révisais chaque soir, passait des examens, ou lisait (puisque je n'avais pas de télé), et j'ai reçu une note pour tapage nocturne ?? Dans la salle de bain, les WC faisait un bruit sourd une fois la chasse d'eau remplie. Enfin, je dirais que j'ai été étonnée de voir que des gens semblent vivres dans cette résidence en permanence, j'espère me tromper sur ce point. Heureusement, j'ai réservé cet appart hôtel lors des promotions du black-friday, autrement j'aurais été davantage déçu du prix (doublement plus cher en temps normal) du séjour par rapport aux prestations.
