The staff was great and the conceierge was extremely helpful in finding us a reputable tour guide to take us around Bordeaux . The guide was a local man who spoke decent English and spent an entire day with us. He was fantastic !!! We loved our stay here and in Bordeaux .

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅

Very good breakfast, very good location and nice and helpful staff. The only issue was that the room we stayed in had a bathtub/shower combination between the room and the bathroom cabinet. Impossible to take a shower withoud getting both the room and whatever was on top of the bathroom cabinet wet.

Would not be my first choice for visiting Bordeaux

This is at best a 3 star boutique hotel and I wish it was rated as such as I would have chosen an actual 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable, we did not eat breakfast there as the price was outrageous and the location was convenient to walk for plenty of other options. The room was really quirky and the patio door didn’t lock which left us feeling uneasy - but since the room AC did not work well we slept with the door open anyway.

Kind and welcoming staff with good attention to detail. Nice spa facilities - clean, new sauna and steam room. Excellent massage! Did not go in the pool as it had been raining. Con - fire alarm at 2am, staff did not tell me masseuse was late and appointment was rescheduled so I waited (but very nice service so made up for it). Limited menu options for any kind of dietary requirements and no ability to be flexible.

lovely boutique

this gorgeous little boutique on the edge of the old town is delightful in many ways. the staff are VERY concerned about your well-being. we enjoyed a wine tasting with the hotel somm was super; would highly recommend it. we did not get to enjoy the breakfasts so I can't comment there. the issue I had was that it is an older building and the floors are very noisy. anyone that walks in the room above you makes a lot of noise. other than that, a tremendous stay.

The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional. Thus all of the staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was beautiful. Made recommendations for us and reservations for our dining experience and also transportation they really went above and beyond when we come back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the La boutique Hotel and Spa.

The location for tourism is extremely good. I wouldn't rate the hotel 5 star though, rather 4 star. I had problems with my bathtub which and for some strange reason the staff wasn't familiar with how the equipment worked. I had to ask for more toilettpaper as it was not refilled. If you are here for the spa-experience (which I wasn't) you might be a bit disapointed as the pool is very small. However the staff is very polite and aspecially the breakfast staff who remembers your preferences after your first visit to it. The breakfast buffét is good but normal for a 4 star and under avarage for a 5 star. Overall a pleasant stay.
