All of the receptionists were very helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit cups, meat and cheese tray, yogurt and bread. Very convenient to walk to all sights we planned to see.

The hotel is a lovely quiet courtyard, in a quiet but elegant street in central Bordeaux, 5 minutes walk from the city centre and a perfect base to explore. This hotel is beautiful!! The gardens inside are so special, and the location is extremely central, right in front of the cathedral and shopping center. Amazing hotel. Perfect. Great, central location, close to tram hub. Beautiful accommodation. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel accommodated my late arrival and also allowed me to leave my backpack with them while I wandered around Bordeaux after checking out on my last day. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
