This is very convenient for the airport but is a basic place to stay - ideal for youngster backpacking or sports teams, but not for tourists visiting Bordeaux - the staff were friendly and helpful

Hôtel correct assez proche de l'aéroport.

Hôtel bien isolé, facile d'accès. Check-in et check-out sans aucun problème. Grand parking extérieur clôturé. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Le seul reproche serait la décoration générale et la salle de bain qui n'est pas à hauteur du reste. Bonne expérience générale. Le restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir. Je pense que l'on ait plus proche du 3 étoiles que du 4 étoiles pour l'aspect général.

Bonjour Comme déjà dit sur un précédent message, je suis déçu de ne pas avoir pu modifier la date de mon séjour, car si à la base il est vrai que c’est moi qui me suis trompé de semaine lors de ma réservation et qui en plus n’est pas pris d’assurance annulation, je trouve un peu dur la décision. je n’ai pas demandé l’annulation avec un remboursement. J’ai demandé s’il était possible de décaler la semaine de mon séjour. Cela me coûte 260 € pour une erreur de planification…Je suis un habitué de l’application Hotels.com dû à mes déplacements professionnel fréquent dans la région bordelaise et dans d’autres régions,j’ai d’autres réservations à venir, mais je ne pense pas réitérer de cette façon. Cordialement

Loin des attentes d'un 4 étoiles

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, classé 4 étoiles, mais malheureusement, notre expérience ne correspondait pas aux attentes que l’on peut avoir pour ce niveau de standing. Les points positifs : le personnel est sympathique et accueillant, la propreté de la chambre est correcte, et le lit est confortable. Cependant, de nombreux aspects sont décevants : L’hôtel a un style vieillot avec une odeur persistante de renfermé. Le petit-déjeuner est médiocre : buffet peu varié, viennoiseries pas fraîches, et ambiance bruyante avec BFMTV diffusé à plein volume, sans possibilité de l'éteindre. La chambre est insonorisée vers l’extérieur, mais on entend tout dans le couloir, ce qui perturbe le sommeil. La salle de bains est équipée d’une robinetterie bas de gamme et la moquette est vieille, ce qui n’est pas agréable dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Room service inexistant : la seule option est de commander des pizzas ou plats chinois réchauffés sur place, sans beaucoup de qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est, quant à lui, fermé les jours fériés et le week-end. En résumé, c'est un hôtel qui pourrait être acceptable en tant que 3 étoiles, mais ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles annoncées.

Great value hotel with family rooms near the airport and near a tram stop. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool looked good but we didn’t get to try it out. Will book again when we return to Bordeaux.

All staff were exceptional during our stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Room ok but carpets in the room and in hallways didn’t really feel clean. Room felt basic and not of 4 star standard compared to rooms of other 4 star hotels we stayed in on our road trip of France and Spain. Tram into Bordeaux very conveniently located 5 minutes walk away. Took around 40 minutes to get into the city. . Great transport system around Bordeaux centre.

Personnel à l'écoute et très professionnel. Cependant, je m'attendais à un standing plus en phase avec les 4 étoiles de l'établissement. Un établissement vieillissant (Ascenseur en panne et uniquement dédié aux bagages, une clim bruyante par exemples). La propreté et la qualité de l'accueil remonte ma note globale.
