The hotel is very convenient, close to the station. For the price it is cheap and cheerful. The staff are very friendly and the hotel at night feels very safe but the area at night is not always great. The facilities are basic. There are plenty of food stores and restaurants and the tram makes it easy to travel into town and to the airport.

Excellent value, convenient location

This is an excellent budget hotel! It’s across the street from the train station and you can store your luggage for 2 euros each if you arrive in Bordeaux before checkin. Also across the street is a tram station so you can hop on one of these lovely city trains and be in city center in only minutes. The room was spacious, cool and clean. This hotel is an excellent value.

Basic but everything worked well and buffet breakfast surprisingly varied and generous. Just a shame 1 coffee machine was out of action.

Great for one or two nights

The hotel is very well located if you need to have access the train station. It s easy to get to the rest of town with subway, bikes etc. The service was good. The room was small as expected but with a window and very clean. Only minus: the walls are very thin and you here everytime someone close the room door. The staff could try to set the automatic closing of the door smoother.

Nice stay, but overcharging error

The hotel was in a great location by the station and about a 20 min walk from the centre. The room was very clean and everything was in good order so very good for a budget hotel. However, despite paying on hotels.com we were asked to pay again at check in. We should have noticed the error but after a 5am start and having booked many months ago we mistakenly complied. Had we not noticed the error they would have not raised the double payment. So i would advise being cautious of this error if booking.

Wall View Room ! :(

I got a room facing the wall! I feel like in prison! This is probably a joke. It should be a room as a storage for brooms, mops etc. There were many other vacant rooms on the upper floors. No kettle, cups, saucers. So no coffee, no tea in the morning. Plus: location next to the communication centre ! A quiet room at night.
