Grand besoin d'une mise à niveau à tous les égarts, pas de cafetière dans la chambre, lit inconfortable, drap et couette propre mais tâchés, salle de bain dysfonctionnel avec moisissures sur le pourtour du bain, bain qu'il faut escalader pour prendre une douche, mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre et dans le corridor, ascenseur brisé et j'en passe. Les images d'expedia ne reflètent pas la réalité, . Ayez des attentes basses...

Nous sommes arrivés tard, la personne à la réception a été sympathique. Par contre, l'entrée par le parking situé derrière manque de signalisation. Il y a également des nids de poules assez importants derrière.

**Sécurité défaillante et manque de surveillance**

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon récent séjour à l'hôtel Ibis. Ma voiture, garée à proximité de l'entrée de l'hôtel, a été vandalisée : la vitre a été brisée et une valise professionnelle de grande valeur m'a été volée. Ce qui est encore plus inacceptable, c'est que la caméra de surveillance de l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas et que le parking n'était visiblement pas surveillé. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, avec des tarifs de chambres élevés, je m'attendais à un niveau de sécurité bien supérieur. Ce manque de vigilance est inadmissible et a gâché mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un endroit sûr pour passer la nuit.

Habitué de l'hôtel Ibis Pessac, j'y retrouve un personnel toujours aussi courtois et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, le restaurant 'Pizza del'Arte' est intégré à l'hôtel. Énorme avantage : la situation de l'hôtel qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le campus Pessac/Talence, le centre ville de Pessac, le centre ville de Mérignac ou de Gradignan. L'arrêt tram n'est pas loin et joignable à pied en 10 minutes. Seul souci : odeurs d’égouts permanents dans le hall d'entrée, en raison de canalisations défectuesues.

Bon accueil mais Odeur d'égout au RDC, moquette sale dans le couloir, chambre difficile a chauffer (heureusement il y a une couverture + une couette supplémentaire à disposition). Le chauffage est bruyant, donc obligé de la couper la nuit.

Franchement séjour décevant. Besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement et rénovation. La porte de la SDB ne fermait pas donc il faisait très froid malgré la douche chaude. Plutôt désagréable. Peu de pression pour se laver les cheveux pas idéal. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Franchement il faisait froid toute la nuit. Pas agréable du tout surtout en hiver. Pas la peine de mettre une clim qui ne fonctionne pas et fait beaucoup de bruit. Pas de prise au niveau des tables de nuit. Vraiment pas pratique. Contraint de débrancher des appareils cafetière ou TV pour essayer d’avoir 1 ou 2 prises.

Zone d’activité dans charme , une prise électrique dans la chambre obligé de débrancher la Tv pour recharger son téléphone , pas de joint de douche donc de l’eau partout , lumière dans la salle de bain qui clignote comme un vieux motel.., 30minutes d’attente car programmation de la clef posait un problème (3 AR accueil pour régler le problème) , chambre bruyante, bref pas à la hauteur du standard IBIS , là c’est clairement du ibis budget.,.
