Hôtel décevant car insonorisation insuffisante ( vous entendez la route ),chambre non chauffée avant votre arrivée,( chauffage à 16°C ),aucune attention pour le client :pas de frigidaire avec accès à de l"eau et pas de fontaine à eau ds les couloirs ,pas de peignoir,pas de nécessaire roilettes comme coton tige,lait de corps....Bref Hôtel cher qui ne propose pas les mêmes attentions que ces concurrents

Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles

Pour commencer la chambre n’était pas chauffée il m’a fallu lire la doc de la Clim et trouver le bouton pour remettre en marche le chauffage Pas de kit de toilette (cotons tige cotons etc) Pas de mini bar Des verres à dents en plastiques. Une vue sur un espace en terre Bref pour un 4 étoiles je ne comprends vraiment pas le rapport qualité prix 174 € un lundi soir ! Et pour terminer personne au Check out ne m’a demandé si mon séjour s’était bien passé Dommage j’aurai bien aimé …

Restaurant closed on weekends

Very comfortable and clean; also quiet. But I’m down-rating it because even though the Hotels.com app says that there is a restaurant, it did not mention that it is not open on weekends. And there is NOTHING nearby within walking distance. A taxi ride of at least 15 euros can get you one way to a recommended restaurant. Then you have to get back to the hotel. This hotel is near the airport where they have travelers every day; a restaurant that is closed on weekends is a deal-breaker for us on any future travel to Bordeaux.

Très bon séjour. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel à l'écoute. La piscine est un plus appréciable. On a plus l'impression d'être à côté d'une forêt de pins qu'en pleine zone d'activité.
