Never before have I slept on a sofa bed in a hotel. We are in our mid 60s. It was awful. The shower contained long black hairs and black pubic hair. Which were differently not ours. Ours are white. It says it has a bar. But was told on arrival it had no bar. The receptionist recommended a good French restaurant. We asked what was the selection of food there. The receptionist informed us it was very good Pizza only and this is French. We did find a really good French restaurant in town. Where we ate Duck.

The hotel is located at the back of ann industrial estate, seems to be part rental/student accommodation and part hotel rooms. Fine for a quick, cheap overnight stop.

Close to public transportation; supermarket and fruit market in walking distance. It’s about 45 mins away from the city centre (by bus), about 12-16 minutes from the airport (by car). The location is especially convenient if you need to be at the University of Bordeaux, some departments are in near walking distance, others easily accessible via bus.

Good hotel, but far from city center

The laundry facility on site is great. They need to provide a kettle for making your own coffee or tea. The front desk is helpful. It is a good place to stay for accessing the university, but not for accessing the city center.

all is new and clean

electric shutter didnt work so the room wasnt dark enough to sleep, it needed to be repaired and it was already 10pm so too late to have it repaired. No drinking glasses were provided so we couldnt have a glass of water. 10€ 50c for breakfast was expensive as there was very little to choose from, no sugar , coffee was ok but only earl grey tea(no black tea), no fruit salad, no knives, only cereal baguette, some croissantes ,boiled eggs but bare minimum.Heard other guests complaining about the lack of choice on offer for the price. Room was excellent with very comfortable king size bed , big bathroom . For the price , good value , will go back when i pass through nxt time and eat breakfast at a cafe
