Basic, but clean.

Rather run down area of the lac, but covered secure parking and room spotless. Bed rather too firm for my liking! 10 minute walk to restaurants and tram to town. Ideal stop over. Breakfast a bit pricey compared to room rate.

The hotel/apartments are ok, the price is cheap for the area so you have to adjust your expectations. Room was hot as summertime and no a/c, but a fan was supplied in the room. If you are travelling through or in a budget, it’s ok for a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gym looked good, but we did not use it as only staying for 1 night while passing through.

This is a trucker/ transient stop. Cigarette smoke 24/7 - it filled our non smoking room, no a/c, sofa bed was probably from the 70s with stains on it (unsure last time it was cleaned) and super thin and uncomfortable! We left with a number of bug bites and left as quick as we could. Front staff was lovely.

Kinda Gross... won't stay here again.

Just stopped in Bordeaux for a night on the way from Paris to Salamanca, and thought this looked like a comfortable affordable option for my family... it was not. The room smelled strongly of weed, and felt sparse and cold. The shower drain was clogged, and kitchen appliances like the water heater we unusably gross. The bed was comfortable enough for a comfortable sleep, but when we woke up in the morning, there were tiny ants crawling around on anything remotely sweet, including our toothbrushes and around the cap of our toothpaste.

Very, very bad experience

Dreadful. Bed was rock hard so could not sleep. Nobody at reception overnight so could not complain. Next morning we complained and asked to be moved to another room. When we returned in the evening, the message had not been relayed to the evening staff and they knew nothing about it. They eventually found us another room. This room, however, was dirty and smelled badly of smoke. There were bugs all over the furniture. We asked for a refund and was told to claim through Hotels.com. Unfortunately the telephone number for your website was out of service, so with no other option, we left the hotel and slept in our car.

This property does NOT have air conditioning and this was not noted in the Expedia booking. It was hot and only a weak fan was provided. This should’ve been noted explicitly in the booking. The dryer does not dry. Did four loads and it was still wet. The elevator was filthy and smelled really bad. The outside is also poorly maintained and the overval price was not worth it. It felt unsafe walking outside as well. There was no 24hr reception and had to wait to get a code to enter. I paid for the apartment as there were no other rooms available and it was very pricey for no air conditioning.

They have pictures of nice and clean beautiful rooms in the website but this is not true. The room smelled and it had little bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has mold and it was very warm. The towels had stains. I would not recommend this unless your on a very low budget.

Rien à voir avec les photos le logement est à la limite du manquement de respect du client store HS, rideau d’éclipser, peinture sale, douche sale, toilettes avec le fond incrusté de marron, ascenseur marche un fois sur 5 enfin très mauvaise expérience pourtant j’en fais des hôtel et j’en vue de tout type mais la c’est juste honteux.

Appart hôtel pour petit budget non regardant…

L’enregistrement s’est bien passé, mais à l’arrivée dans la chambre, une paire de chaussettes sales nous attendait… loin d’être difficile à voir. Les draps étaient propres et les serviettes aussi… pour le reste c’est à voir! J’ai fais la remarque à la réception, mais l’hôtel étant complet, rien n’a été fait. Pas même un geste commercial à ce jour! Les petites déjeuner sont chez en comparaison d’autres hotels à la qualité supérieure… et les ustensiles de cuisines présents dans l’appartement sont vraiment à minima… à ce prix là. Il faut aussi noter le fait que l’isolation des fenêtres et des murs est vraiment à désiré… bref un hôtel budget, et c’est tout.

Canapé pas nettoyer tache sur le coussin par contre depuis mon depart ecourter et la confirmation de remboursement des 2 dernieres nuits payés donc le depart vendredi matin je n'ai reçu aucun virement ni remboursement du dit hotel.

L’appartement que j’ai louer à était modifié il Son voulue me faire prendre un appartement plus petit alor que j’ai réserver pour un studio avec baignoire attention à vérifier avent la réservation que vous aver choisir !! Personnellement sa s’en pas bon dans les couloirs il y’a que un assenceur c dommages sinon pour le studio avec baignoire o top mes pas de placards pour les vêtements :(
