We came for the mountain hikes and the spa was a plus after a long hike, it helped us relax and get ready for the next day hike. staff was friendly and approachable. The hotel has bikes for people to ride to the next towns for free, this was a plus for the kids. The scenery is spectacular!

Very nice but noisy next to a road

Lovely spot with very friendly staff, but the rooms on one side are right next to a very busy road. If you leave the windows open for cool air at night it is very noisy, but if you close them it gets hot. Otherwise, it was a lovely spot.

The hotel is lovely, staff helpful and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from. The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. Their breakfast buffet was like no other anywhere. Multiple bread, cheese, drink, yogurt options. Fresh honeycomb, all kinds of milk, Nutella, jams, homemade breakfast breads, waffles, pancakes. We had high hopes for this 4 star hotel but it did not meet our expectations. The room was very comfortable, but the wifi had many issues with connecting and disconnecting consistently. Probably best food experience in my life but there is only one big issue there is no air-con what makes room extremely warm for my unlock I my room been located up to bar so when I tried to cool down room and opened windows there was very noisy downstairs so no way out to sleep
