I really liked this Hotel. Its back about 2 blocks from the main road so you have to walk a little ways off the street to get to it. Its mixed within a Filipino neighborhood so you get a kind of local experience. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue is there is no elevator, but the staff carried my bags up and down the stairs. Its located in Station 1 so it is much quieter than other parts.

Context: Traveling for film work (1 person) Pros: 1. Location: One Crescent Place is tucked in a quiet and scenic nook on Loop Rd on the island. 5-minute walk from the beach and even less to the main road for public transportation. 3. Service: Excellent and they help with your belongings. They have a connection for scooter rentals. 4. Hospitality: You are greeted when arriving and leaving the hotel. 5. Food: The free breakfast is filling and homey. The options are pretty good. Classic continental; pancakes and bacon. Cons: 1. Accessibility: Not suited for people with disabilities. No elevator. Kindly request the driver to pull in front of the hotel for easier loading/unloading.

When we arrived they gave us a welcome refreshing drink, and the keys are key cards. Free Wifi in lobby and in the rooms. They have Google too in the room to play music. and they have veranda and hanging rack outside to Use if you washed your Swimsuits. They have Laundry service 400 pesos for 3kg (Wash,Dry & Fold) & Home service massage.They also have free breakfast and cam choose 3 options food styles. American, Filipino & Filipino (noodles option), and it’s delicious! You can eat breakfast at 7:00 am-10:00 am. And for Checkout 12:00 pm noon. The hotel is Not in the beach front but it’s near. 2-3 mins walk.

화이트비치와 가깝기는 하지만 처음가면 정말 당황스러운 골목길 안쪽에 있다.(비치뷰는 없음) 1월말에 갔다왔는데도 여전히 공사중이었고, 오후에는 공사소리가 있었다. 그래서 오전에 나가서 저녁 늦게 들어옴 서비스와 조식은 굉장히 만족했다(현지식아님) 침대2개있는방이었는데 상당히 좁았음

Bed bug first night. No hot water too for three days. Photos shown on the website and here are untrue. Not clean too. Do not recommend. I had to move to another hotel. This hotel does not grant a refund of the rest of three nights for their wrong doings.

혼자서 숙박하기에 아주 편하지만, 주변이 공사중이라 조금 시끄럽고 먼지및 공해로 조금 불편했음. 직원들은 친절했고 전반적으로 깨끗한 편임. 와이파이가 잘 되고 샤워시설등은 아주 잘되어 있슴. 식당이 오직 아침만 제공되어서 점심이나 저녁은 일부러 나가서 먹어야 하는 불편함이 있고, 주위에 적당한 식당이 없어 해변까지 가야하는 수고가 필요함. 도로서 호텔로 들어오는 한 10m 정도 골목이 좁고 어두워 여성들은 밤에 다니기가 조금 불편해 보임. 하지만 가격이나 해변과의 거리 그리고 청결함과 편리함은 한번 숙박해 봐도 큰 아픔은 없을것임

Try it with your family.

It's about 100 meters from the beach, so it's very accessible. But Boracay is under construction, so it's not a very good environment around the hotel, and the entrance to the hotel is a little narrow and dark, so women can feel danger. The furniture, cleanliness and others are very sensitive, and the Wi-Fi works very well. I'm a little uncomfortable because only breakfast is served and. But overall, it's above average in terms of price.

소음최악

칼리보에 새벽에 도착해서 바로 보라카이로 들어왔습니다 새벽 세시에 체크인을 하고 너무 피곤해서 체크아웃 전 까지 잘 생각으로 예약한건데, 옆 호텔인지 뭔지 공사를 하는데 방음이 1도 안되고 제 머리 위에서 망치질 하는지 알았어요 아침 8시인가 부터 계속 망치질에 톱질 윙윙!!!!!!!!쿵쿵#@!@@@쾅쾅@!@!@#팍팍!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@퍽퍽!!!!!!!!!!!! 진짜 스트레스받았어요 그래, 나가서 조식을 먹으면서 마음을 달래보자! 라고 조식을 먹으러 갔는데, 공사하느라 먼지가 옴팡날리는거;; 먼지망고에 먼지커피 마시고 카운터에 항의를 했는데 솔직히 거기 직원이 뭔 잘못이 있겠어요; 공사소음 내지 말아달라고 했다고 쏘리라고 하셔서 다시 방으로와서 누웠는데 윙윙!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!빼고 쿵쿵#@!@@@쾅쾅@!@!@#팍팍!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@퍽퍽!!!!!!!!!!!!은 여전함. 한국에서 이미 결제하고 간거라 돈 못내겠다고 말도 못하겠고, 영어로 싸울 자신도 없고 도저히 안되겠어서 그냥 체크아웃 하고 다른 숙소로 옮김. 진짜 최!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!악이었음. 솔직히 엄청 싼 호텔도 아니었는데 거의 쫓겨나다시피 나온것같고 쉬고 나온것같지도 않아요 누굴 탓하겠습니까; 한국에서 이 호텔을 결제하던 과거의 저를 탓해봅니다. 아침부터 공사할거면 최소 체크인때 해당 내용을 고객한테 공지해주고, 이런일이 있을 수 있다 환불하겠느냐 ? 까지만 물어봤었어도 저는 그 늦은시간에 다른곳으로 갔을겁니다. 이건 뭐 날강도수준
