Warm, heartfelt greeting from the staff everywhere, every time! Can't fault how nice and courteous everyone is. Hotel is very clean and new. Staff takes appropriate action to requests and the food is exceptionally good! The rooftop pool, though small, has an amazing view.

The staff was fantastic, the rooms were nice, and their food was delicious. I know not many people use fitness centers at hotels, but this one was lacking. The equipment was dated and barely functional. I try to remain somewhat active during vacation and I know hotel fitness centers are afterthoughts, but a new treadmill and dumbbells maybe 5-50lbs (or variations in kg) would go a long way. That was my only gripe in an otherwise great experience at this hotel

Mandarin nest was such a great place to stay in Boracay! The staff were always pleasant and there to help with anything you need. They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. They even carried our heavy luggage across the sand to the hotel for us (we felt so bad…) but they were happy to assist even when we wanted to help. The hotel itself is in prime location on the beach in a perfect spot to explore. There are dedicated beach chairs you can use. We did not use the on site restaurant but it looked nice. There are so many dining options nearby it was hard to choose. The rooms were very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!
