The hotel had a tired feel and it seemed had not been invested in for some time. The restaurant was only used for breakfasts and was unavailable at other times. The wi-fi was either unavailable or patchy so I had to take my laptop elsewhere to use it. The staff were friendly and, while the breakfast menu was limited, the breakfasts were okay. The location, on the White beach, was great

The shower door wasn't easy to close because the track it slides on was buckled. The only other down side was you had to keep reconnecting to the WiFi apart from that everything was good.

The rooms were clean, there were always plenty of clean towels and the daily service of the room was done every day except Sunday. The staff went far and beyond to make your stay great. We would recommend if you are looking for a very well run hotel but without all the frills because you wouldn’t have got better service from a five star resort.

Great stay right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Delicious Filipino breakfast every day. Staff was very helpful except for theast day when the front desk didn't let us room until all of our rooms were checked. I asked what are they checking? She responded in an evasive tone, "to check the room." If she had given an honest answer, I would have given a 5.

Not worth what I pay, I was given the worst room. Sink was leaking, no proper drainage in shower, water was stagnant on the floor.. cockroah was seen.

Selve hotellet og værelserne matchede egentlig hotellets pris/stjerner. Men spiseområdet, området omkring pool og strandstole var virkelig skuffende og uindbydende
Okay suite udsigt
Meget uindbydende pool område, som var faldefærdigt og meget beskidt. En dags oprydning og maling ville gøre underværker.
Alle strandstole og området foran hotellet er fra morgen til aften fyldt op af strandsælgere og massører. På hotellerne omkring hotellet har de ikke adgang, så samlingsstedet sker her og liggestolene er deres sted at sidde/ligge gennem dagen.

Rent, stille hovedsakelig bortsett fra litt livemusikk om kvelden noen få timer, god musikk forresten 😉God sjømat, enkel og grei frokost, man trenger ikke mere. Trivelig betjening.
