The view on the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was good with the exception of the ants. There were a lot of ants in our room. It's not something you can get rid of because they live inside the wood on the balcony. The access to this hotel is not very accesible, so be aware if you're travelling with kids. There's a 5-10 minute rough walk to the main road to ride the e-trike. If they do something about the ants and if you don't mind the decent walk to the main road. This would be a great choice for you.

Close to the beach and quiet area. Room was good and beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and spoke English. If you’re old or out of shape there’s no elevator so you have to hike up some stairs. Close to restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to station 2 and 30 minute walk to the DM mall in zone 3.

Great value, basically on the beach!

Great location, great staff with a great bar next door! The only issue's I had was that there wasn't a safe in the room and no pool . However, I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will definitely return!

Best holiday ever.

We had a fantastic holiday at Hey Jude hotel it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff were marvelous so friendly they could not have been attentive, they even sang happy birthday to me. The food was great we ate there most nights the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect right on the beach.

at beginning i was mad cose i am not suppose to use stair and the room was on fourth floors becose my knees and i did some efforts after a 50 times up and get down i forgot about it.my friends got a few funny experiences some europeens was thinking he was one employe.

何より静かで落ち着きます

・従業員とてもフレンドリー（フロント嬢に何人か愛想無がいたけど） ・日本語は全く通じません（でもおぼつかない英語にも辛抱強く接してた。人によっては日本語の挨拶くらいはしてくれた） ・部屋に金庫があったので安心した ・バスタブなし、シャワーと洗面所はカーテン1枚で仕切られ、始めのうち戸惑った ・シャワースペースが傾いて設計されていた為、排水があまり良くなく、水が残っていた（ベットメークの時にきれいに拭いてくれてくれた） ・一番奥の部屋でベッドメーク道具入れと外階段の前だった為、時間によってはペチャクチャおシャベリが続いた（あまり気にならない程度） ・朝食つきプラン、朝食は3~4種類から選べ、魚付きが気に入った（量はマアマア満足） ・高い木がすぐ横にあり日は射さず海はあまり見えないがバルコニーがあり良かった（小さいテーブル＆椅子2つ付き。ロープと洗濯バサミを持参したので風がある日には洗濯物が良く 乾いた。夜、ビール＆スナックでノ～ンビリで最高！） ・宿泊客が皆、静かな人達で良かった ・値段＋立地＋従業員の3条件で満足いくホテルだった ・・値段：Expediaから予約、キャンセル禁止の条件だったから安かったのかも？またExpediaの対応には忍耐強さマスト（「部屋グレードアップ無料」とあった → アップグレード要求→NG→再度要求→現地にいって空きがないとNG→再々度要求→既にアップグレード済みでした：この間約3週間/担当が3人変わる 「朝食アップグレード無料」の記載あり→現地で依頼するがそんなの無いと言われた（多分、誤記） ・・従業員：「メンテ係」テキパキ、初め金庫とTVが使えなかったが分かり易く説明してくれ解決。「レストラン係」とてもフレンドリー、何人かは日本人だと分かるととても好意的に接してくれた（気がした）。「フロント係」ブッキラ坊もチョットいたがつたない英語に辛抱強く対応してくれた
