Not So Comfortable On Challenging Times

The stay could have been ok over all even transfered at Crown Regency Beach Resort but it's very difficult not having bidet in the wash room especially on your monthly period.

Under Renovation

The hotel is currently under renovation so were transferred to Crown Regency Beach Resort instead. However, the expected beds were not provided. Also, there's no bidet. I would have stayed for 2 more nights but transferred to another instead.

pictures showing bar --water park pool----buffet---and just about every picture is false ----no one would take responsibility or correct problems---person in charge no where to be found---girl at front desk not understand English---save your money find better hotel---lots better for the price minus all the lies and deception from advertising picture----don't ruin your vacation---even wifi never worked code they give on key not correct lol lol I can go on with more but you decide

예약당시 사진에 조식은 뷔페식, 수영장은 맞은편 컨벤션 사진이 있었는데 당일 체크인하고 보니까 컨벤션이용이 불가능하다고 했고 수영장은 스테이션3에서 이용가능하고 조식은 밥.계란.소세지.과일.음료.차 이렇게만 접시에 준비해주셨어요 컨벤션사용이 불가하면 사진첨부를 안하셔야하는건 아닌지 당일에 취소할수도없고 불쾌했네요. 룸은 사진과같았고 벌레는없었어요 그리고 로비에서는 와이파이잘되는데 방들어가면 와이파이가 아예안되요ㅠ 직원분들은 친절하셨어요!

Very Poor Hotel

We made a reservation of Superior room. At the check in they try to give us a very poor room in a different building. We didn’t checked in, but they charged us with the fool amounts. We asked Expedia for refund but Expedia didn’t succeed to make it happen. I’ll never recommend this hotel. We’re very upset.!!!!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

Awful!!! I left after the first night and checked in elsewhere. I waited 5 hours for my room to be ready. Bathroom was awful. They have rooms without windows. After waiting for four and a half’s hours for a room I was moved to another location... and waited another hour to get a room. Disgusting place. Don’t go- avoid!

Courtyard is across the road

Checking in they don't recognize the itinerary no. from Expedia and was looking for a printed copy which is funny since you booked paperless. Although they let you checkin early, room aircon and tv remote instructions not good. Not even a channel guide. Toilet do not have rubber or any rag to prevent people from slipping or drip water inside the room Wifi signal is weak!

사진에 올라운 크라운 리젠시 컨벤션 을 보고 결정했으나.. 조식 불포함에.. 침실또한.. 넘 작고.. 복도쪽에 조그만 창만.. 있음.. 카드키도 한개만 줘서 냉방도 못했으며 방에 개미떼가 잔뜩.. 겨우 2틀이었지만.. 얼른 옮기고 싶었음. 크라운 리젠시 커트야드는 컨벤션이 아니고.. 계열사 이고.. 침실은.. 잘 데가 안됨.. 물도 잘 안나옴.. 뜨거운 물만.. 나옴. 컨벤션 워터파크는 이용할수 있었으나.. 길을 건너야 하는 불편함과.. 절대 싸지 않은 가격에.. 서비스는.. 엉망.. 조식 또한 불포함.. 조식은 컨벤션에 가서 따로 돈 내고 먹음.. 어른만 내고 아이는 무료... 요건 좋음.. 어른은 인당..만원정도 전자렌지 나.. 물 서비스는 전혀 없음. 조금 더 보태서.. 컨벤션.. 조식 포함으로 하는것이 더 좋을듯.. 1박 이상은 권하고 싶지 않음.

the room has no black out curtains it's a bit too bright at night i can't get sleep sometimes. big spacey bathroom. it has weak wifi inside our room. expensive entrance fee for empty and there's nothing to see much indide oceanarium. there was a agent for hotel time share named club ultima everywhere and will invite you for free dinner and free entrance at the oceanarium if you have time to waste which you could take advantage for this offer and refused to buy the the time share worth 499k pesos at the end.

We had booked a stay at the hotel for 6 nights, but chose Despite payment, to leave after only 2 nights. We were accommodated in an annex to the hotel located on another side of the busy main street in the room without windows and access to the outside - it must be said that the rooms were neat and clean. The water in the pool was almost gray and very disgusting. The meticulous breakfast _ had almost consumed standing due. Lack of space capacity and the noise level in the room was very high. Upon arrival we asked for other rooms, and the staff promised to find it for us the day after - but we never hear from them. Only then we tjekede out four days earlier than planned they realized find something else to us - but too late for us. It was not possible to recover any balance - not even for extra prepaid breakfast ....... Overall, the hotel does not keep what they write on Hotels.com.
