Hotel is in poor condition (rotting flooring, tiles missing , general poor decor). Many items not on menu, drinks run out, beer! Staff friendly but everyday a new issue. Rooms are clean.

Although, the location of this hotel is very good but i would never recommend this hotel with anybody planning a trip to Boracay. The room is old and badly need renovation. Upon check in, they give you a paper full of rules especially fees if their are stains in the bed or the furniture upon check out but when i got in the room, the table was full of stain and dilapidated. When we try to dine at their restaurant for breakfast or dinner. No server came to us for 30mins. Service is poor, facilities is poor. Avoid this hotel.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We booked 9 rooms. We had great time in the hotel and its amenities. We only hope the breakfast is buffet.

Worth it!

The hotel staff were very accommodating, the hotel is well maintained. The location is accessible to almost everything. Beachfront which is the most important requirement.

From the very first time we arrived at the hotel it was a big disappointment until we left the hotel,there were problem on the ac the staffs are rude in a way that my sister in law is a senior citizen and ask them if they can heat up the food for her but the staff said to go to the kitchen. And everytime that were having a problem i need to get mad at first before they make action about it. Me and my family loves to travel but this is the worst hotel and service weve ever been
