The staff was simply terrific. They knew us by name, wouldn’t let us touch our bags, brought us towels and water to the beach, were great servers at dinner and for drinks. The rooms were very clean and the resort was right on the beach.

Fantastic location, awesome room and grounds, delicious breakfast buffet and the Ala carte food was delicious, friendly and polite staff that’s always there if you need anything even in the middle of the night, and most of all Bryan and his crew were all above and beyond . Positives: the location is wonderful. The beach service of towels, mats, and chairs is superb and quite personal to have the staff make a spot for you, bring you water, & will bring you towels as you get out of the water. This is the same for the pool areas. I loved the complimentary ice cream and popcorn each day. They do a nightly turndown service and add a treat each night. Those treats are delightful and delicious! The staff are very helpful and attentive. The security is amazing and always has someone on staff. I loved that there was a dedicated place for wet items in the room. There’s also a laundry mat right around the corner that is super affordable and quick. I enjoyed the souvenirs of the photo they display upon your arrival into the room and the photo they give you to take home upon checkout. The boat transfer from the airport is included and it’s seamless! Cons: the breakfast could be way better. The bathroom grout could be cleaned better and needs some love. Sometimes the sewer smell happens in the bathroom and the water pressure could be improved. The room floors could be cleaned a little bit better but they give you a tote and flip flops which is nice. I think for the price there should be robes. My ac did leak but it was promptly fixed! Overall a pleasant stay, a few improvements could be made to remain competitive for the price.

The buffet breakfast was fabulous with choice of hot, cold and custom eggs. We sat on the beach patio while being attended to by the friendly staff. The pool was usually quiet which we enjoyed. The attendants were always available to serve us food and drinks. The afternoon popcorn and ice cream were wonderful added treats. There were lounge chairs available right in front of the resort too. Although it was in station 2, we didn’t find it crazy like we thought it may be. Probably because we were about a 10 minute walk from D-mall. We are so happy we picked this resort and its location. I researched a lot and am so happy with my choice. Thank you to all the staff.
