Five stars across the board. This place is insanely awesome. We had the Mountain View Villa and it could not have been better. The service was amazing and so are the amenities. I hope that you have the means to spend time at this wonderful place. And whatever you do, don’t pass up the chicken tenders on the happy hour menu.

From the time we arrived to our departure, the attention to detail on how everything was organized and planned by resort staff was what stood out. Rooms were super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and staff did everything they could to accommodate and assist. We stayed over Christmas, and the resort had Santa arrive on a boat to deliver presents to the kids on the beach which was a great time. Thanks again Intercontinental!

OVERALL SUPERB! Cleanliness is top-notch, customer service is friendly, beautiful views of the mountain. The pool is lovely, bungalows are spotless and I did not use the spa, although they're a bungalow over water too.

This was the best resort I've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and accommodating for my entire visit. The views of Mt. Otemanu are the best out of any resort on the island. Everything about this resort is perfect; the villa, the location, the amenities, the views, the service, the water but above all, their staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re at home.
