Execelente servicio solo como sugerencia! Se necesita un microondas en la habitación on en algún pasillo que pueda estar disponible por pasillo ya que aveces ay alimentos que se necesitan calentar 2 un mini market que pueda estar abierto las 24 horas dentro del hotel eso beneficiaría tanto al hotel como al huésped! De lo contrario todo Execelente las habitaciónes y donde se toma el desayuno es de lo mejor , muy recomendable…

My husband and I were impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. We had an issue with our first room and they quickly moved us to another room. They also called to check on us and sent a fruit plate and apology note. Overall a great experience.

All staff were professional, capable and helpful. The front desk staff, particularly Isaac, stand out for their efforts to assist. I received expert recommendations and directions as well as hospitality at a five star level.

Great value for money

It was a charming property and the check in staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean but there was a musty smell in the bedroom and the air conditioning was very loud. I suppose because it is an older property.
