Great location. I stayed here in 2013 and it was pretty much the same. The only thing is the rooms can get a little bit more love and attention, especially the balcony. Apart of that, everything was perfect.

Excellent location, excellent facility near everything. Only thing is the common areas in the hallways, carpets need replacement and a thorough paint job needs to take place. Other than that, great place to vacation.

Looks good, but the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better… Nice pool area and great access to the beach and El Poblado.

Some staff were not very attentive. We could not charge bar/ restaurant expenses to room account. A times staff was very rigid and less than service oriented. Location was excellent to beach and the Poblano walk/ Strip. The cost was reasonable.

I loved the pool area and the restaurant food was excellent. I would have liked the room to have a small lamp I could shut off from the bed instead of having to get up and shut the light off. Small detail but worth taking into consideration.
