We had an amazing stay! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist whenever we needed anything. I didn’t like the parking lot, since is double parking (one behind the other one) so who ever is blocking has to leave the car key to the front desk and they will move the car if necessary and park it back to the same spot, besides that everything else was great. 2 mins walking access to the beach and to the Poblado that was even better.
