My husband and I stayed here for three nights for our honeymoon trip about 3 weeks ago. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our first night there our room was too hot and they switched us to a different room. The area surrounding the hotel also is very walkable and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was also good. The hotel is standard, nothing too fancy but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Business saty just for a day, but had a nice experinece, overlooking Rhine river from my room. The hotel is stylish, but a bit budget style. However, all is in good shape and value for money.

Good hotel .Breakfast was ok but no welcoming host.There is no restaurant so you have to dine out in the evening. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great location next to the (large!) river Rhine.Fairly easy walk into the centre- 20 minutes.

Not recommended

The overall facilities are poor. The hallway/carpet and the room are dirty, and the towels are run-down. I would not expect this for a Radisson hotel, but it seems this hotel chain has become of poor quality. I would not stay here again.

The room was a bit small as expected, but quite functional (single person, 4 nights). Overall quite comfortable and satisfactory. Two small inconveniences: had to beg the reception desk for a drinking glass (none in the room), and absolutely no way to get any receipt (proof of stay) when paid through Expedia.

Worst service ever. Stay away from this hotel.

Arrived late. Worst service ever at the reception.I will never go there again and reccomend everyone that like good service to avoid this hotel. Finally the breakfast was overpriced and served juice that tasted nothing but of chemicals in minimal glasses.

Interesting color scheme. Windows were large which was good for views, but I paid extra for the view of a building construction and a few feet of space. Property is right on the river if you want to travel by one of the boot lines, but is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Surrounding area is mostly residential so not tons of late night food or bars in the area. Staff is friendly and they have a goos drink menu. Noise isnt too bad execpt weekends when people are out near the river late.

It's a colourful hotel, situated by the river, only about a 10 minutes walk from the city center. We had a generally pleasant stay, we were even able to watch the Euro 24 final on the rooftop bar. We stayed in room 135 on the ground floor with a view towards a back street so not memorable. The room was clean and spatious. The only problem was that the A/C wasn't strong enough, even on the lowest setting the room never got properly cool which made it hard to sleep at times. Also a mini fridge would have been nice since we visited in summer. But all in all it was a good stay and the rate was fair. I would consider again in the future.

No cups or glasses in room. If thirsty you need to stick your head under the faucet to get a drink. 18 euro for breakfast at checkin, don't pay, just show up and eat, nobody to check. Good cold breakfast selection, everything cold, even the eggs. Messy tables all over, no place to return dirty dishes so they just sit on the tables, no one to clean. One good thing is that at least you can "steal" a glass here for yiur room. Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel very far away from city sites, close to river but loud pumping station runs 18 hours a day. Rooftop bar open only when management thinks they can make money, you don't know if it's open until you show up and the doors are closed.

Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Das hatte man uns beim Check in nicht mitgeteilt. Beim Frühstücken war es zunächst eine Herausforderung überhaupt einen sauberen Tisch zu finden. Die Vielfalt der angebotenen Speisen war überschaubar.

In diesem Hotel findet man alles, was man für einen gelungenen Kurztrip nach Bonn braucht. Parkmöglichkeiten, Klimaanlage, Frühstück, nahegelegene Restaurants,… Tolle Dachterasse mit einem megaschönen Blick auf den Rhein und das Rheinufer. Empfehlenswert daher jederzeit wieder
