Beautiful Stay

We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket.

Superbe hébergement, le cadre est magnifique. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place mais le centre ville est accesible à pied en quelques minutes. La literie est confortable et la chambre est bien équipée. Nous y avont passé une bonne nuit.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert. Weil die Réception nicht besetzt war, wirkte das Ganze etwas unpersönlich. Die technische Lösung mit dem Hotelomat war hingegen einfach zu bedienen. Der einzige Kontakt zum Personal geschah während dem Frühstücksbuffet. Dieser Kontakt war nett und tadellos.

We arrived about 9:00 pm. There was no any receptionist or room service or maintenance people. Checked in with computer and took the key. No hot water at all. Ice cold water. No people to call. Room was extremely hot. 27 Celsius. There is no AC. We opened the windows. Humidity a lot. Terrible smell of the swamp. Couldn't sleep at all till morning. Still no hot water. When we told to receptionist at 8:00 am about hot water. She said "I will tell them". Ugly people, terrible hotel. David
