No parking on premises difficult access Public Parking far away, dragging luggage at least 300ft in rain and drizzle. No replacement of towels. No lift dragging heavy luggage up stairs to bedroom

This place is a private house converted into guest rooms, including the cellar. My room was in the cellar. It didn't have a window, only a skylight with a grate across. It was dark and one morning there was a slug crawling on the floor. The bed didn't have a proper mattress or bedding. On top of the bed was a foam topper, on top of that a day blanket and a cover blanket that I don't think were clean. The front door has a key code, but the door was left open most of the time by the other guests. The doors to the rooms are just ordinary doors with flimsy locks - I didn't feel that the place was secure or safe. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
