Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the amenities on the property!! There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, game rooms, steam room and sauna! Breakfast is served each morning, and it’s only a 16 minute walk downtown, where you will find shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful, well kept and the rooms were like new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The pool, grounds and dining areas were all very inviting and a great place to relax. The on site tourism agency was convenient and knowledgeable making it simple to book our tours. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Excelente pousada

A pousada é linda, confortável e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é excelente. Os quartos são confortáveis e a piscina aquecida um diferencial na cidade, deixando o local completo. A única coisa que eu melhoraria é o chuveiro, que tem a água fraquinha, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Quando chegamos houve um problema no quarto cofre que não trancava e com o chuveiro elétrico devido à queda do disjuntor, na cidade não se usa aquecedor visto que a água e caucaria, acionamos a recepção e prontamente vieram nos atender, trocamos de quarto e nos ofereceram um upgrade por conta do desconforto! essa solução muito nos agradou deixando-nos contente e indicando o hotel, com certeza voltaremos a Bonito e ficaremos lá. Café da manhã e da tarde muito bom! Área externa muito limpo, organizado, nos sentimos em casa! Equipe do hotel simpática e muito receptivos!

ótima opção ! Relativamente proximo ao centro ( 900 mts ) .Funcionarios sempre atenciosos e prestativos .Boa piscina externa , muito boa piscina coberta e jacuzzi . Mas a área da academia é impraticavel, um forno ! Sugiro um bom ar condicionado urgente . O Wi - Fi tb poderia ser melhor . A agência tirou o brilho do Hotel

O Hotel provavelmente se encaixaria numa categoria melhor, mas a agência de turismo localizada dentro do Hotel estragou a nossa viagem e tirou o encanto do Hotel. Nos programamos com 2 semanas de antecedência, viajamos 24 horas para chegar na pousada e o nosso passeio foi cancelado e a agência não se deu o trabalho de nós avisar, mesmo passando lá e perguntando se o passeio sairia com a chuva, acho que era muito trabalhoso telefonar pro local e perguntar. Ao nos depararmos com o passeio fechado ligamos e perguntamos se o outro estaria aberto e mais uma vez nos passaram a informação o errada. Ao fazermos o checkout nos informaram que a agência é da filha do dono do Hotel e por isso provavelmente ninguém nos deu atenção e levou nossa frustração adiante. Cancelamos todos os passeios com a agência, antecipamos a nossa saída de Bonito e falta de consideração foi tanta, que embora os passeios que fizemos por conta própria tenham sido lindos, não queremos mais voltar para a cidade e nem para o Hotel. Se forem pra Bonito, evitem usar a agência do Hotel.

Hotel lindo, piscina bem cuidada, refeições muito boas, quarto com cama e chuveiro bons, ar condicionado ótimo, serviço de quarto muito bom. Fica um pouco distante do centro para locomoção a pé. Não tivemos problemas porque estávamos de carro. Quanto ao serviço da recepção, ficamos chateados ao descobrirmos que um conhecido havia deixado recado na recepção para a gente, porém o recado não foi transmitido. Não gostamos do serviço da agência de turismo que fica dentro do hotel. O que ocorreu foi que pedimos um orçamento de aluguel de carro por e-mail e, mesmo após reclamarmos quanto a demora do envio da informação, recebemos o orçamento apenas após 4 dias, quando já havíamos fechado o aluguel diretamente com a UNIDAS (locadora de automóveis). Fizemos todos os passeios com outra agência, que nos atendeu muito bem.

Ótimo custo benefício

Realmente eu e minha esposa ficamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel, principalmente com as instalações oferecidas, a cordialidade dos funcionários, a agência de turismo própria, farto café da manhã e o bônus "merenda pantaneira" oferecido gratuitamente todas as tardes. O único inconveniente é a situação da rua do hotel, que não se encontra asfaltada. O hotel fica entre 10 a 15 min de caminhada para o Centro, o que para nós não foi um problema.
