The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Had a really great time. But the restaurant was a disappointment, our waitress was rude. The food wasn’t fresh or tasty. That in itself was a total letdown and reflected onto the entire stay. Wish we hadn’t attempted to eat there. When I tried to give feedback, it wasn’t received well.

Stayed twice in my month long stay in Florida from New Hampshire. Loved the grounds, the spa and the restaurant. So peaceful. Did the tour and learned the history of this charming boutique hotel. We really enjoyed a break from Winter at Shangri- la. The organic yummy breakfasts were a great way to start the day there. Daily walks around the tropical gardens near the spring were lovely. We especially enjoyed the peace found in the small back patio of our room.
