“Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right !
I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !!
Ventnor is quiet and quaint .
Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two .”

“This was the first Hotel i have stayed in where a Fridge in the room wasn't available
I would not recommend Room 23 as it was so noisy , above the main door in , the Bins were collected at 5am and we didn't get any sleep after that.”

“Excellent customer staff on Reception ....Well greeted with a beautiful smile by the staff and helpful ...Rooms are very clean and all the information is very visible and easy to understand ....Breakfast is excellent and very well served by the staff ....Overall marks 100 out of 100 ...will stay there again ....Well done and once again a big THANK YOU to the staff”

“The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.”
