Hotel antigo, não condiz com as fotos. Café da manhã esperava mais por ser em Minas Gerais, infelizmente nada gostoso. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. Limpeza boa. Localização maravilhosa, em frente a igreja de São José. Muitos moradores de rua na região, por ser no centro, o que exige um pouco mais de atenção ao caminhar. No geral boa hospedagem.

A pousada é bastante simples, apartamentos pequenos. Encontramos algumas baratas no banheiro que nos levou a não tomarmos o café da manhã. A localização é próxima à igreja cerca de 800 metros. Os recepcionistas são bem cordiais. Por ter garagem é otimo.

O senhor que atendeu na recepção foi bastante educado. O quarto estava limpo, mas tinha um cheiro estranho. O problema maior foram as pessoas que fazem a limpeza ficavam conversando, gritando e cantando as 7:30, não conseguimos dormir com a quantidade de barulho e conversa delas. Falta de noção e respeito. Ps: quando elas perceberam que estavam incomodando começaram a gritar mais e colocaram musica. NÃO RECOMENDO!!

Quarto sujo, e muito barulho, as máquinas do ar condicionado estão instalados perto da janelas do lado de fora, e as janelas não tem nenhum sistema de isolamento. Estávamos no terceiro andar, e os dois dias que ai estávamos faltou agua, reclamei que o vaso sanitário não estava passando água direito, prometeram de arrumar e nunca resolveram.

Hotel muito limpo e instalações e pinturas novas, cama enorme, colchao macio, toalhas e roupas de camas limpas sem manchas, travesseiro deixou a desejar muito inflexivel tipo so espuma, porem novo. Localização otima em frente a praça, cafe da manha simples porem tudo fresco com opcao para quem tem intolerância a glutem, funcionários atenciosos. Passei so uma noite mas foi tudo ótimo. Estacionamento bom, cheio porem nao demorou muito pra q eu saísse de dentro. Enfim muito bom.

Atendimento ruim, quarto desconfortável, pequeno e sem isolamento acústico; café da manhã razoável, com poucas opções, pouco espaço, muito cheio e barulhento; garagem minúscula para a quantidade de quartos e carros; limpeza precária: encontramos uma barata no frigobar.

Bom o quarto não tinha varanda como foi solicitado na escolha do quarto , teve vazamento de água molhou o elevador e parou de funcionar tivemos que subir escadas toda hora ,mais vale ressaltar que a equipe é ótima sim mais a estadia não tão boa quartos bem arrumado porém ruim pois não atendeu minhas necessidades
