It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade....

Die Einrichtung war richtig alt und hat in keiner Hinsicht einer ****Kategorie entsprochen. Im Bad haben die Duschtüren nicht geschlossen und es war nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettepapier vorhanden. Der Zimmertresor funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. In Summe eine große Enttäuschung und nicht zu empfehlen.

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.

Das Zimmer war einfach und kalt, Zusatzkissen Decken, Utensilien nichts vorhanden, der Schrank war leer, Balkon 1 Stuhl für zwei, Frühstücks(büffet) war sehr klein und wenig Auswahl. Restaurant geschlossen. Für den Preis überteuert, werden nicht mehr das buchen.

Familiäres Hotel in perfekter Lage

Das große Hotel ist wunderschön zwischen Apfelplantagen gelegen - mit Blick auf den Schlern und Schloss Sigmundskorn. Innen ist alles mit Geschmack renoviert - Zimmer mit Balkonen - richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Bei dem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet waren die hausgemachten Kuchen der Hit! Leider war - wohl wegen Corona - das Hotel geschlossen und der Wellnessbereich nur auf Anfrage geöffnet.

we arrived at 5pm on a sunday and the hotel was completely shut. No way to get in. No one answered the bell. A couple sitting outside said that the only person there was an old lady who was hard of hearing and used a walker so that we should be patient. We waited 20 minutes and then decided that a hotel that was not open when guests were expected was not up to par. the grounds were barely kept and the location was not as advertised.

- Fallweise wird im Lokal unzumutbar laute Musik bis 24 Uhr gespielt, gesungen und gegrölt - keine Nachtruhe! - täglich ab 22 Uhr und am Sonntag ist die Reception unbesetzt. - Chefin öffnet ohne anzuklopfen von außen die Zimmertüre und kommt mit einem fremden Gast in das Zimmer! - Fernsehbedienung defekt. - Frühstück mittelmäßig. - äußerst harte Matratze.

ボルツァーノの中心地から約3～4キロほど離れていると思います。 駐車場とバルコニーのある宿でこのホテルに泊まりました。 ホテルのスタッフさんはとても気さくで親切でした。 正面玄関の施錠時間は22時です。それ以降にホテルの建物に入るにはルームキーカードを玄関扉の右側にあるカード読み取り機にカードを通りカギを解錠します。ホテルの人が言うには、「たまにカードキーの読み取り機がうまく動かないことがあるからそんな時はココに電話してください」と玄関扉に張り付けてある電話番号に電話をして玄関の鍵を開けてもらうというシステムです。 客層はドイツ語圏の方々です。ホテル内には夕食が取れるレストランもあります。 ホテルの雰囲気は大手チェーンホテルよりも家族経営をしている感じのホテルでとても温かみがあります。 但し、公共交通で移動されている方より自動車で移動されている方にお勧めです。 どうやらホテルそばにも駅があるようですが、電車の本数は15～20分に1本程度のようでした。
