Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus.

Nice breakfast with lots of choice, comfortable rooms. Parking very useful. Excellent restaurant, we had a delicious dinner. It is a bit out of town though, buses fairly frequent so not too bad.

I loved this hotel. It was the perfect location for me. Near the highway and actually very near to downtown by car. Room was clean, breakfast was good, great drinks on the outside patio and the front staff was excellent and extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Made some excellent dining recommendations in town. Definitely stay here again.

The pool and sauna were available to all members which is an excellent service. Breakfast was good. The beds were great. A bit of noise facing the main road but the windows block it out enough. I would stay here again for sure.
