Excellent Bolu Hotel

This hotel , in a smaller city, was outstanding. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices.

Strange?!? The hotel front desk controls the AC IN YOUR ROOM. Staff are limited in communication, they only speak native language.

Pahalı otellere oranla gayet konforlu, temiz, odalar gayet geniş ve rahat, personelin ilgisi güzel, spa kısmı her otel kadar iyi masaj için para vermeye değmez ama, ilk akşam yemeği çok lezzetli ikinci akşam ise çok kötüydü. Tek kusuru ilk akşam otel dolıydu ve sıcacıklen ikinci akşam boşalmaya başladı diye sabırım petekler yanmıyordu klima ile ısınmaya çalıştık sabaha kadar.

Clean, good and I wish...

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The shower was very annoying since you have to take the shower on your head with your hand. The hook was just for you to seat on the floor and have the water on your head. In the breakfast area, they did not have coffee just Nescafe. I will use it again. The internet was another problem. It was really no good.

Koku ve Gürültü

Otel yoğun olmamasına rağmen verilen oda klima üniteleri ve mutfak baca çıkışlarının tam ortasındaydı. Gece odaya geldiğimde yoğun bir yağ kokusu beni karşıladı. Ayrıca hayli gürültülü bir sabaha da baca ve ünitelerin sesleri ile başladım. Odaya geç geldiğim için değişim gibi bir talebim olmadı. Sabah şikayetlerimi söylediğimde keşke değiştirseydik müsait odalarımız vardı dediler. Bence ilk defa otele konaklamaya gelen birine bu söylenememeli ve ilk başta iyi bir oda verilmelidir. Ayrıca otel girişinde karşılama vs. gibi şeyler de eksikti. Resepsiyon kahvaltı veya otel olanakları konusunda hiç bir bilgilendirme yapmadı. Yılbaşı ertesi olduğu ve saatler konusunda bilgilendirme yapılmadığı için otelde kahvaltı yapmadım.

Its not a four star hotel at all. Three or two stars maximum. Staff are rude. Empty shampoo and shower gel containers. AC didn’t work, they tried to fix it through video call with sleepy technician at 12am but failed. At the end, I forced them to change the room.

The treatment of the staff in the reception are not friendly dealing , they prevent us to use the swimming pool , it was reserved for one sport team , on Sunday they prevent us to eat in the restourant m they said closed and the big problem was the quarantine , we couldnt went anywhere to buy something and we protest this treatment , therefore they brought to us three dishes of fod and we where 6 person , we wanted to stay more but we left them and return home .

Bu oteli tercih etmemizin sebebi görece uygun fiyatına rağmen sitede görünen temizlik sertifikası idi ancak otelde karşılaştığımız durum bunu yansıttığını söyleyemem. Oda içi halıların Coivd dönemi için hiç uygun olduğunu zannetmiyorum ki zaten bir sürü gözle görülebilen lekeler vardı. Görülmeyen yerlerde neler vardır bilemiyoruz. 4 yıldızlı bir otelin 3 kişilik ailenin kalacağı odaya sadece 1 küçük sabun koymuş olması kabul edilebilir değil. Kahvaltı da oldukça kalitesizdi. Sıcak olarak sadece patates kızartması olan bir açık büfe. Kurumuş ve küflenmiş peynirler. Aşırı pişmekten sarısı morarmış yumurtalar ve aman bir şey istemesine diye kahvaltı salonundan kaçan görevliler. Burası uzun süreden beri kaldığımız en kötü oteldi.
