Great location, freindly service

Great location, 5 minutes to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price, clean and comfortable rooms. Walk or taxi to all main sites. Busses are ok too.

This hotel is right outside the restricted area, so it’s much easier drive and park your car. It’s an older hotel, walking distance to the center of town and it was less expensive.

Pure class.

Brilliant hotel. Looks very fancy when you arrive and the decor is amazing! Very helpful staff and happy to answer any questions. They let us check in early which was wonderul as it allowed us a little rest after an early morning train. Comfortable beds.

We only had a small issue when we asked to be allowed to stay for a late check out and the morning desk clerk was not informed, she was rude and then when we asked for a hair dryer, the one she provided was the smallest thing ever and it had a gross sticky handle, other than that the room and area are great.

Rooms ere big and clean BUT hallways had a carpet with a smell (something that will make your nose itch) I think they need to replace it. They offered buffet style breakfast like all the hotels BUT this was OK good. They have parking 1/2 a block away and easy to park.

Slightly outdated

The room price was ok, location great and quiet but the price/quality ratio not so much. Rooms and common spaces appear outdated and are in need of a refresh. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was ok. Breakfast was not very good - somewhat limited selection, particularly bread was not of high quality and fruit not ripe but there was a decent selection of gluten free items. Great hotel for a couple of nights if you are in town for business, but I would choose another one for a city holiday.

A good place to stay

A comfortable and quiet hotel nearby the railway station. The buffet breakfast was OK with a fair amount of choices. The room requires some update and renovation to meet today's needs, but overall we enjoyed the one night stay.

Perfectly located within a couple of minutes walk to the train station, this hotel is a good option for your stay in Bologna. The rooms are well appointed, good wifi, dining options within the hotel and also within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The Piazza Maggiore and the alleys of the old town are within an easy stroll for shopping and tourist activities.
